James is currently a digital media consultant and project manager, working for a company that builds digital platforms for television stations across the United States. He previously produced and managed digital content for television stations, including a CBS affiliate and Fox owned-and-operated station.
James has experience weather forecasting, covering severe weather and developing broadcast and digital weather platforms. He studied at the University of Georgia and currently co-hosts a weekly weather webshow. He is a certified National Weather Service Storm Warn Spotter and holds an Amateur Radio license from the FCC.
James owns a DJI Phantom 2 Vision and has used it to survey storm damage, monitor traffic conditions, photograph landscapes - and even used it to record his own marriage proposal.
James lives in Charlotte, North Carolina with his wife, Chelsea, and two pets, Mo and Ellie. He grew up on Long Island, New York, before attending the University of Georgia in Athens, Ga.
